ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION NO. 1 OF ORDI- <br /> NANCE NO, 8~ OF TEE TOWN 0F PLEASANTON. <br /> <br /> The Council of the Town of Pleasanton ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: SECTION I of 0Tdinance No, 8~ of the Town <br /> <br />of Pleasanton is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 1. DEFINITION OF SERVICE. The use of water <br />ful~ished by the Town of Pleasanton or obtaine~ i~om the water <br />system of said town by each family9 whether living in the same <br />building with another family or families9 or in which one or more <br />places of business are located or both or not~ and each place of <br />business whethaT said place of business is located in the same <br />building or connected with a dwelling or other place of business~ <br />or other public places or both~ or not~ and each and every sepaTate <br />and individual use of water furnished oT obtained from said town~ <br />shall constitute and be a separate and individual service under the <br />terms and meaning of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 8.
