ORDINANCE N0.20~ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF ELECTIVE OFFICERS <br /> OF THE. TOWN OF PLEASANTON AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NOS. <br /> 190 and 194. <br /> <br /> The Council of the Town of Pleasanton does ordain as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br /> S..ECTION .~. The elective officers of the Town of Pleasanton <br /> <br />shall, after the passage of this ordinance, severally receive com- <br />pensation as follows: <br /> <br /> FIRST: The Town Clerk shall receive a compensation of <br />D~ ~r~ e:~//~ ~ DOLLARS ($.]WS.:~) per month, which <br />shall be for services ~required of him as Clerk, for furnishing <br />clerical assistance to other officers of the Town of Pleasanton <br />or for services required as ex-officio Assessor of the Town of <br />Pleasanton and for all services required of him under the provi- <br />sions of Ordinance No. 85 and any other ordinances or resolutions <br />providing for the operation and conduct of the Town of Pleasanton <br />Water System. <br /> <br /> SECOND: The Town Treasurer shall receive a compensation <br /> <br />of '*~v _DOLLARS ($ ~D.~Q. ) per <br /> / <br />month. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. No salary of any officer shall be allowed or <br />paid unless the reports of such officer required by law to be made <br />shall first be filed with the Town Clerk. <br /> <br /> SEC.TION _~. Ordinances Nos. 190 and 194 of the Town of <br />Pleasanton are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once in <br /> <br />"The Pleasanton Times". <br /> <br /> SECTION ~. This ordinance is hereby dec. lared to be an <br />urgency measure and shall take effect immediately upon passage <br />and publication.
