CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 05-018 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF WATERLINE EASMENTS WITHIN TRACT 7193, SYCAMORE HEIGHTS, RICHEY, AND SILVEIRA WITH A RESERVATION OF A PORTION OF ONE EASEMENT WHEREAS, in 2003, the City of Pleasanton approved Final Map 7193, Sycamore Heights, submitted by Summerhill Homes; and WHEREAS, in 1989, the City accepted a Grant of Easement for 15 foot wide waterline (Series No. 2002057533 and Series No. 2000081757), and in 1987 accepted a waterline, access, emergency vehicle access, and utility easement (Series No. 88-021965); and WHEREAS, the City has determined easements Series No. 2002057533 and Series No. 2000081757 are not required; and easement Series No. 88-021965 is no longer required except for a portion of the easement within Lot 1 of Tract 7193, Sycamore Heights; and WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the City to formally abandon the easements that are no longer needed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: From and after the date this resolution is recorded with Alameda County Recorder's Office, the easements described in the attached Exhibits A and depicted on the attached Exhibit B are abandoned and no longer constitutes waterline, access, emergency vehicle access, and utility easements except for the portion of the easement recorded in Series No. 88-021965 that is within Lot 1 of Tract 7193. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
