SECTION 2: It shall be unlawful, on and after the date ~his ordinance takes effect, for any person, firm or corporation to locate, establish, construct or maintain any jail, prison, 'prison farn'~, detention home or any place where p~rsons '~re held under straint of law v.dthin the ~2own of 21casanton other than :vithin the ..... land particularly described in ~ection 1 of this ordinance.
