AN ORDINANCE Ai~.~hrDING 0RDIN_~ICE N0. 113 aF %:~ T0~JN 0F PEAS~TON BY ADDING A NE~' SECTION Tt~ERETO T0 BE KN0~N AS HII-c The City Council of the Town of pleasanton do ordain as follows: . SECTION 1. A new section is hereby added to Ordinance No. 1113~of the Town Of Pleasanton, to be known as XIII-c,. to read as follows, to wit: SECTION XIII-c. All licenses issued under and pursuant to this ordinance are not transferable excepting only that in the event ~:~here a license is issued hereunder to a person, firm or corporation to carry on a business or profession at a fixed place of business within the limits of the Town of pleasanton, open to the public at least forty (40) hours per week of each week of the calendar year, and the person holding said license sellS such business to a bona fide purchaser for value and the purchaser intends to continue and carry on said business at the same fixed place of business, then in such event the license issued to the seller for the conduct of said business may be transferred to the purchaser as a part of the transaction for the sale of said business. SECTION 2.
