4.05.3 Camps. LIFETIME TENNIS shall offer an assortment oftermis camps for <br />youth during those weeks when Pleasanton schools are on vacation, with a minimum of eight <br />(8) camps over the summer, two (2) camps over the December holidays, and one (1) camp over <br />Spring Break. <br /> Little Tennis (4-6 years old) <br /> Improvement (6-15 years old) <br /> Match Play (8-15 years old) <br /> <br />4.06 Adult Programs. <br /> 4.06.1 Rating System. LIFETIME TENNIS shall develop a player skill rating. <br /> <br /> 4.06.2 Classes. LIFETIME TENNIS shall offer Adult Tennis classes at the following <br />levels for players 16 years and older: <br /> <br /> Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, Drill Class 8:1 S/I Ratio <br /> <br />4.07 Special Populations. LIFETIME TENNIS shall create and offer tennis programs for <br />disabled persons and seniors. <br /> <br />4.08 Marketing and Promotional Plan. LIFETIME TENNIS shall implement the <br />Marketing and Promotional Plan for the Facilities described in Section 3.06, including any <br />necessary press releases or media information for promotion of tennis programs. <br /> <br /> 4.08.1 Open House. The Marketing and Promotional Plan shall include an Open House <br />event no later than two (2) months after the effective date of this Agreement, as described in <br />LIFETIME TENNIS's proposal, which is attached as Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> 4.08.2 Level of Usage. The City expects that the tennis court usage at the Facilities <br />shall increase at the following minimum levels: <br /> <br /> Operating Year 2006-2007 -- 550 hours/week <br /> Operating Year 2007-2008 -- 600 hours/week <br /> Operating Year 2008-2009 -- 650 hours/week <br /> <br /> 4.08.3 Tournaments and Socials. LIFETIME TENNIS shall create, plan, advertise, <br /> supervise and direct tournaments, socials and special events such as tennis exhibitions and <br /> tennis clinics. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, creation of promotional <br /> materials, development of social themes, distribution of invitations or tournament entries, <br /> management of tournament entries and ladders, or other related duties to ensure successful <br /> production of the tournaments, socials or events. Promotions or special events will be planned <br /> for holidays, such as Halloween, Veterans' Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Valentine's Day, <br /> President's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day. A minimum of 24 events <br /> shall be scheduled for each Operating Year. <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
