pL£A$&NTON c.y Council <br /> Staff Report <br /> May 17, 2005 <br /> City Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Commission and Committee Appointments <br /> <br />SUMMARY: The Council is asked to ratify the Mayor's appointments to various City <br /> Commissions and Committees <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />In accordance with commission appointment policies, twice annually the City solicits <br />applications from interested Pleasanton residents to fill vacancies on the City's standing <br />commissions and committees. <br /> <br />The attached table lists the current vacancies. The City recently advertised these positions. <br />Applications were received and interviews held. The Mayor's appointments are also <br />reflected on this table.
