ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> BONDE RANCH LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Bonde Ranch Lighting and <br />Landscape Maintenance District, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes <br />this report, as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> Thc improvements, which are the subject of this Report are briefiy described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped areas, <br /> open space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open <br /> space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and <br /> designated landscaped areas, together with all appurtenant and incidental <br /> expenses within Tract 6483, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A- Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the <br /> City Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and <br /> specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the cost of the improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each <br /> benefited parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D- A statement of the method by which the undersigned has <br /> determined the amount proposed to be assessed against each <br /> parcel. <br /> <br /> PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within the <br /> assessment district.
