CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS, LIGHTING AND <br /> LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR (PURSUANT TO THE <br /> LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting and Landscape <br /> Assessment District No. 1993-I, Windsor during fiscal year 2005/06. The area of land to be <br /> assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 2. The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> maintenance of the masonry walls, trees, shrubbery, groundcover, and irrigation systems situated <br /> on the northeast side of Tapestry Way and Minton Court, Lot A in the northwest comer of the <br /> subdivision and also Lot C in the southwest comer of the subdivision. <br /> <br />Section 3. In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual report, Philip A. <br /> Gmbstick, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report required by the <br /> Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are referred to that report for a <br /> full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessments upon <br /> assessable lots and parcels of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4. On Tuesday, the 21st day of June 2005, at the hour of 7:00 pm, the City Council will conduct a <br /> public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment. The heating will <br /> be located in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of heating required by the <br /> Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />Section 6. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
