ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Philip A. Gmbstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993- <br />1, Windsor, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City Council, <br />pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, entry features, <br /> masonry soundwalls, common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and plantings in <br /> designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, and street <br /> lights, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although <br /> separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in <br /> it by reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the annual m~imtenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br /> within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D- A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br /> proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br /> PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br /> district.
