budget allowed, the City has entered into contracts to repair these areas where hillside erosion
occurred. These repairs are now complete.

Because of the low attendance at these meeting in the past, staff has chosen not to have a
meeting this year. However, this report will once again be sent to all the residents within each
of the GHAD's. If any questions arise from that marling, staff will address them in our June
21, 2005 staff report. Staff is anticipating scheduling a meet'rog for next year, as there will be
new residents within some of the GHAD's, due to the creation of the Lemoine GHAD and the
annexation of the Kolb Ranch to the Laurel Creek GHAD.

FISCAL IMPACT

Funding of these GHADs will have a minimal f'mancial effect on the City. Because of
Proposition 218, the City now pays a share of the Oak Tree Farm assessment ($234), a share
of the Moiler Ranch assessment ($89), and two shares of the Laurel Creek Estates assessment
($614 annually). Staffs cost to administer these districts will cont'mue to be funded by the
assessments.

Respectfully submitted,

Scott R.
