EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGEMENT OF THE MOLLER RANCH <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> The undersigned, General Manager of the Moiler Ranch geologic hazard <br />abatement district ("GHAD"), has reviewed the report pursuant to Public Resources <br />Code Section 26651.
