PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEAS ON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-68 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE CITY COUNCIL AP ROVE ANn RECOMMEND THE RATIFICATION OF THE "RECOMMENDATIO S OF THE SOUTH LIVERMORE VALLEY AGRICULTURAL LAND TRUST S EERING COMMITTEE" WHEREAS, the South Livermore Valley Area Plan as adopted by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors on February 23, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Plan requires the establishment f an agricultural land trust as the primary means for i plementation; and WHEREAS, a nine member steering committee was ormed to develop a structure for establishing the trust; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of Nove ber 22, 1993, the Planning commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendation of the City staff concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission supported the I Recommendations of the South Livermore Valley Agricu tural Land Trust Steering Committee," with the provisi n that an elected official not be appointed to the Boa of Directors.
