Approves Case Tract 6653, the appl cation of Signature <br />Properties, for a vesting tentativ map to allow the <br />subdivision of an approximately 52. acre site into 496 <br />residential lots, consisting of 178 single-family <br />detached lots, 318 townhouse los, a d 18 common parcels <br />located in Hacienda Business Park (Lo s 8A, 8B, and 26A) , <br />subject to the conditions shown on E ibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case b reference. <br />
