The proposed development shall conform substantially to e site plans, elevations, <br />and sign criteria, Exhibit A (dated "Received August 26, 993"), on fIle with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditi ns, <br /> <br />2, The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicabl City permits for the <br />project prior to the commencement of construction, <br /> <br />3. The letters for all wall-mounted tenant signs shall consist f both upper and lower <br />case letters. The signs may be constructed of any individ alletter style that is <br />architecturally compatible (in design, colors, and material) with the building on <br />which it is to be mounted, <br /> <br />4, If illumination of the tenant signs is desired, halo-lit or ot er indirect illumination <br />shall be used. All illumination shall be turned off betwee the hours of 11:00 PM <br />and 7:00 AM. <br /> <br />5, Logos shall be limited to 30" in height. <br /> <br />6.
