PC-93-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICAT ON OF ENGLUND AND <br />DONNELLY DESIGN, INC./PLEASANTON P BUILDING OWNERS <br />ASSOCIATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPR VAL AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-93-153 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Englund and Donnelly Design, I c./Pleasanton Park <br />Building Owners Association has appl ed for design review <br />approval to amend the existing s' gn program to add <br />individual, internally-illuminate channel letter <br />building-mounted signs as a permit ed sign type in the <br />Pleasanton Park business park locat d at 6600-6695 Owens <br />Drive and 5111-5199 Johnson Drive; nd <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Plan ed Unit Development) <br />- Industrial/Commercial and Office I/C-O) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hear' ng of November 10, <br />1993, the Planning Commission, co sidered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and r commendations of the <br />city staff concerning this applicat'on; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categori ally exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Envi onmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determine that the proposed <br />amended sign program, modified to al ow halo-lit or other <br />indirect illuminated tenant signage, limit logos to 30" <br />in height, and require that signs b turned off at 11:00 <br />p.m. and turned on at 7:00 a.m., is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF T <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case Z-93-153, the appli ation of Englund and <br />Donnelly Design, Inc. /Pleasanton ark Building Owners <br />Association for design review ap roval to amend the <br />existing sign program for the Plea anton Park business <br />park located at 6600-6695 Owens rive and 5111-5199 <br />Johnson Drive, subject to the condit'ons shown on Exhibit <br />"B" attached hereto and made pa t of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become eff ctive 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless ap ealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
