I <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The colors and materials of the windows sh II match those of <br />the existing structure. Any window remove shall be replaced <br />by horizontal lap siding painted and des'gned to match the <br />existing siding used on the home. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The windows shall have an STC rating of 39. Alternatively, an <br />acoustical report detailing a lesser S C rating may be <br />prepared, subject to review and approva of the Planning <br />Director. Should this report detail a less r STC rating, then <br />the windows shall conform to this requireme t. Information on <br />the applicable STC rating for the window hall be submitted <br />for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />building permit issuance. I <br /> <br />All appropriate City permits shall be obt1ined prior to the <br />construction of the structure. i <br /> <br />The applicant shall plant, and permane tly maintain, an <br />evergreen tree sufficient in size from the ate of planting to <br />screen the line of site from the new secon -story windows to <br />the rear bedroom window of 3565 Ballantyn Drive (the Brown <br />residence).
