PC-93-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GIL YBARRA FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDE CASE Z-93-148 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gil Ybarra has applied for design eview approval to <br />replace four 2'0" x 1'6" windows wi h two 5'0" x 3'6" <br />windows in conjunction with the instal ation of a second- <br />story bedroom in an existing residen e located at 3398 <br />Hadsell court; and <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planne~ Unit Development) <br />- Medium Density Residential Distric~; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing o~ October 27, 1993, <br />the Planning Commission, considered al public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendation of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categoricalllY exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Enviro~mental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and i <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined Ithat the proposed <br />window modification is appropriate. i <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THEICITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />I <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-93-148, the applic tion of Gil Ybarra <br />for design review approval to replac four 2'0" x 1'6" <br />windows with two 5'0" x 3'6" windows n conjunction with <br />the installation of a second-story be room in an existing <br />residence located at 3398 Hadsell Co rt, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attac ed hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
