I PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEAS~~ON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ~'r RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-64 I RESOLUTION FINDING THAT SECOND UNITS ARE SUBJECT TO THE LOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF PUD-APPROVED BUI ING ENVELOPES WHEREAS, the Planning commission was asked to ma as to whether second units are subject requirements of PUD-approved building e to the state Government Code and city e a determination o the locational elopes according rdinance; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of octo~r 13, 1993, the Planning commission considered all blic testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter; and I WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined tha~ second units are subject to the locational requirement of PUD-approved building envelopes and, therefore, may ot be constructed outside the building envelope establ shed by the PUD zoning. I NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C~TY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: I Section 1. Finds that second units are subject 0 the locational requirements of PUD-approved buildin envelopes and, therefore, may not be constructed out ide the building envelope established by the pun zoning Section 2. This resolution shall become effectiv immediately upon its passage and adoption.
