<br />Planning Commission to assist the Planning Commis ion in evaluating the <br />proposed project, The Zoning Administrator shall r fer all applications to the <br />Planning Commission, The Planning Commission all consider and render a <br />decision within the time frames established by law ~ r decision-making on <br />projects, <br /> <br />B. An applicant for a project requiring design review b the Zoning <br />Administrator shall submit a site plan and/or archi tural drawings or sketches <br />showing building elevations and/or details of the s cture as may be required <br />by the Zoning Administrator for each class of proj <br />1. For those classes of projects described in S 'on l8,20,OlO(B)(7), (8), <br />and (9), the Zoning Administrator shall app ve, conditionally approve, <br />or disapprove the application in accordance ith the purposes of this <br />chapter, No notice shall be given prior to th Zoning Administrator's <br />action on these classes of projects. <br />2. For those classes of projects described in S tion 18.20,OlO(B)(1-6), <br />the Zoning Administrator shall send notice 0 the application to the <br />surrounding property owners, The Zoning dministrator shall <br />determine the area within which property 0 ers are to be notified by <br />mail. If within seven days of mailing such tice, the Zoning <br />Administrator receives a request for a hearin , the Zoning <br />Administrator shall schedule an administrati e hearing within seven <br />days, Either administratively if no hearing i requested, or after <br />conducting the administrative hearing, the ning Administrator shall <br />approve, conditionally approve, or disappro e the application in <br />accordance with the purposes of this chapter <br />3,a. For those classes of projects described in S tion 18,20.0l0(B)(1O) <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator to minor in nature, the <br />Zoning Administrator shall approve, conditi nally approve, or <br />disapprove the application in accordance wi the purposes of this <br />chapter.
