ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA PLANNING COMMXSSION CITY OF PLEAS ON RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-63 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERTAINING TO THE DESIGN REVIEW PROCESS ASE RZ-93~, THE END CHAPTER 18.20 MODIFY PROVISIONS WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend Chapter 18.20 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code t modify provisions pertaining to the design review proc ss; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing f October 13, 1993, the Planning commission considered a I public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendation of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categoric lly exempt from the requirements of the California Enviro mental Quality Act; and that the proposed sign input into the avoiding an extra WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined ordinance provides for professional d review process where necessary whil procedural step. I NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THEI CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-93-5 the application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Ch pter 18.20 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to modify p ovisions pertaining to the design review process, as sh wn on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part of thi case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effect ve immediately upon its passage and adoption.
