Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Work <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Erosion and Sediment Control <br /> <br />The following notes are to be placed on all grading plans, in addi ion to the other standard notes: <br /> <br />1, Plans are to be resubmitted for City approval, prior to Septe ber 1 of each subsequent year, <br />until the end of the one year maintenance period following City Council acceptance, <br /> <br />2, Erosion control, on each individual lot, is to be maintained y the developer until a building <br />permit is issued or until the end of the maintenance period; at this time the property owner <br />or homeowners' association shall assume responsibility, <br /> <br />cc: Joe Elliott, Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities <br />Michael Roush, City Attorney <br />Gary Smith, Director of Building Inspection <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning <br /> <br />IEROSION.AHI/DLSI <br />
