Development shall be substantially as sho on the <br />development plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Rec ived October 7, <br />1993" on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. All conditions of approval for Case Nos. P D-90-20 not <br />superseded by this modification are hereb referenced and <br />incorporated herein and shall remain in f II force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />3. Prior to the issuance of building permits, additional <br />articulation shall be added to the rear e evation of the <br />Plan 3 unit.
