PC-93-S7 I , RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION ot KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN, INC. FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-93-136 Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. has applied for design review approval to instal a parking lot consisting of 306 new parking sta ls on the Kaiser Hospital site located at 5600 stoneri ge Drive; and zoning for the property is C-R-p -- 1egiOnal commercial Mall Periphery District; and at their duly noticed public hear in of September 22, 1993, the Planning commission, aft considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, nd recommendations of the city staff concerning this pro osal, approved the proposed negative declaration for Z-93-136; and the Planning commission determined that the proposed parking lot is appropriate for the s'te. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Z-93-136, the app ication of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., for des gn review approval to install a parking lot consisting f 306 new parking stalls on the Kaiser Hospital sit located at 5600 stoneridge Drive, subject to the c nditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made p rt of this case by reference. I I Section 2.
