PC-93-S6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DEC <br />APPLICATION OF KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH P <br />REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-93-1 <br /> <br /> <br />TION FOR THE <br />INC. FOR DESIGN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. <br />design review approval to instal <br />consisting of 306 new parking stal <br />Hospital site located at 5600 stoneri <br /> <br />has applied for <br />a parking lot <br />s on the Kaiser <br />ge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 22, 1 93, the Planning <br />commission received a proposed negati e declaration for <br />Case Z-93-136; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has received <br />Initial Study dated September 1, 1993 <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />and reviewed the <br />and received the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was hel at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity t comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal' and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has revie ed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applica le state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any s'gnificant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE ITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />application of Kaiser Foundation Rea th Plan, Inc. for <br />design review approval to instal a parking lot <br />consisting of 306 new parking stalls on the Kaiser <br />Hospital site located at 5600 stoneri ge Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effec ive 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appe led prior to that <br />time. <br />
