PC-93-54 i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE ~PLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPRO AL AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-93-146 . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has applied Ifor design review <br />approval to increase the height of th~Pleasanton Police <br />Department's communication antenna str cture from 60 feet <br />to 80 feet, and to install a two-foot iameter parabolic <br />microwave dish at the top of the st ucture located at <br />4833 Bernal Avenue; and <br />i <br />(cgmmercial service) <br />! <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />zoning for the property is C-S <br />District; and <br /> <br />at their duly noticed public hearin~Of September 8, <br />1993, the Planning commission cons dered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and reco endations of the <br />city staff concerning this applicatio ; and <br /> <br />projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Enviroqmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and i <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined ~hat the proposed <br />antenna, as conditioned, is appropriafe for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE pITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case Z-93-14~, the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton for design ~eview approval to <br />increase the height of the Pleasanton BOlice Department's <br />communication antenna structure from ~o feet to 80 feet, <br />and to install a two-foot diameter p rabolic microwave <br />dish at the top of the structure loca ed at 4833 Bernal <br />Avenue, subject to the conditions sh wn on Exhibit "B" <br />attached hereto and made part of this ,case by reference. <br />! <br />, <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effecti te immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. ' <br /> <br />. <br />
