PC-93-54 i RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE ~PLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPRO AL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-93-146 . WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied Ifor design review approval to increase the height of th~Pleasanton Police Department's communication antenna str cture from 60 feet to 80 feet, and to install a two-foot iameter parabolic microwave dish at the top of the st ucture located at 4833 Bernal Avenue; and i (cgmmercial service) ! I ! zoning for the property is C-S District; and at their duly noticed public hearin~Of September 8, 1993, the Planning commission cons dered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and reco endations of the city staff concerning this applicatio ; and projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Enviroqmental Quality Act (CEQA); and i I WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined ~hat the proposed antenna, as conditioned, is appropriafe for the site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE pITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: I WHEREAS, WHEREAS, Section 1. Recommends approval of Case Z-93-14~, the application of the City of Pleasanton for design ~eview approval to increase the height of the Pleasanton BOlice Department's communication antenna structure from ~o feet to 80 feet, and to install a two-foot diameter p rabolic microwave dish at the top of the structure loca ed at 4833 Bernal Avenue, subject to the conditions sh wn on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this ,case by reference. ! , Section 2.
