The monopole and antennas shall be painted with a non-reflective <br />gray-blue color that, when under direct unlight, blends with <br />the sky. There shall be no bare metal surfaces. The colors of <br />the building and antenna shall be stated 0 the plans submitted <br />for review and approval by the Planning irector prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />6.
