PC-93-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OP BAY AREA CELLULAR <br />TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPRO AL AS PILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-93-100 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bay Area Cellular Telephone compan has applied for <br />design review approval to allow the construction of an <br />unmanned telecommunications facility consisting of a 75 <br />foot tall monopole and an equipme t shelter at the <br />antenna's base located at 3830 Old S nta Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is C-S <br />District; and <br /> <br />mmercial Service} <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their duly noticed public hearing <br />the Planning Commission considered al <br />relevant exhibits and recommendation <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />f August 11, 1993, <br />public testimony, <br />of the City staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categoric lly exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Enviro mental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that the proposed <br />antenna, as conditioned, is appropri te for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-93-100, the appl'cation of Bay Area <br />Cellular Telephone for design revie approval to allow <br />the construction of an unmanned telecommunications <br />facility consisting of a 75 foot t 11 monopole and an <br />equipment shelter at the antenna's b se located at 3830 <br />Old Santa Rita Road, subject to the onditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made art of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effe <br />its passage and adoption unless app <br />time. <br /> <br /> <br />15 days after <br />prior to that <br />
