In addition, a public conservation ease- <br />ment will be established over t e entire property <br />to maintain the public views of open space. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />1. Approves Tentative Tract Map 6618, the <br />application of Boulevard Developme t for a vesting <br />tentative map to allow the s bdivision of an <br />approximately 198 acre site (Moll r Ranch) into 99 <br />single-family lots and open space 1 cated generally to <br />the west/northwest of the Foothill oad/Muirwood Drive <br />street intersection subject to the onditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made art of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section <br />
