Said changes may <br />require a modification of the use permit or, upon <br />determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may <br />be required. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall construct a noise muff ing wall along the <br />northern and southern interior walls surrounding the <br />aerobics/exercise areas and the eastern b ilding wall at the <br />rear of the suite to attenuate noise rom the proposed <br />fitness/aerobics classes. The wall sha 1 be designed to <br />achieve an STC rating of 45-50, subject to he satisfaction of <br />the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />6. If the operation of this use results in c nflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, th' s conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the Planni g Commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add condition of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke sa'd conditional use <br />permit. <br />
