PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PL ANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALXFORNXA RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-46 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING MODIFICATIONS TO THE LAND USE AGREEMENT FOR THE PLEASANTON RIDGELANDS IF THE CITY COUNCIL ENTERS INTO THE AGREEMENT WHEREAS, at the June 22, 1993, city Counci Council referred the draft "Agre Ridgelands Area" and accompanying "P Area Plan" to the General Plan Updat and the planning Commission for rev meeting, the City ment covering the easanton Ridgelands steering Committee ew and comment; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hear in s of July 14, 1993, and July 28, 1993, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning the p oposed General Plan Amendment and draft Land Use Agreem nt; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined t at the city Council should not enter into a land use agreement for the "Pleasanton Ridgelands;" WHEREAS, the Planning Commission also determ'ned that if the City Council enters into a land use agreement for the "Pleasanton Ridgelands," the agree ent be modified to include the General Plan steering C mmittee-recommended changes to Section 1 (deleting refe ence to a Measure M process and adding language elating to each jurisdiction's approval process). NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TH CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends that if the city Council enters into a land use agreement for the "Pleasanton R'dgelands," that the agreement be modified to includ the General Plan Steering committee-recommended ch nges to section 1 (deleting reference to a Measure process and adding language relating to each juri diction's approval process) .
