<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEAS <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-44 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY CO CIL NOT ENTER INTO <br />THE LAND USE AGREEMENT FOR THE PLEASANTON RIDGELANDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the June 22, 1993, City council meeting, the city <br />council referred the draft "Agre ment Covering the <br />Ridgelands Area" and accompanying IIp easanton Ridgelands <br />Area Plan" to the General Plan Updat Steering Committee <br />and the Planning commission for revi wand comment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 14, 1993, <br />and July 28, 1993, the Planning Commi sion considered all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits nd recommendations <br />of the city staff concerning the pr posed General Plan <br />Amendment and draft Land Use Agreeme t; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined t at the City council <br />should not enter into a land use agreement for the <br />"Pleasanton Ridgelands." <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends that the City council n t enter into a land <br />use agreement for the "Pleasanton Ri gelands." <br /> <br />Section 2.
