The subject project shall be substantially as shown on the <br />development plans and statement of opera ions, Exhibit "A", <br />dated "Received July 1, 1993" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the fo lowing conditions. <br />Minor changes to the plans or operation ma be allowed subject <br />to the approval of the Planning Directo if found to be in <br />substantial conformance to the approved e hibits. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all building a d other applicable <br />city permits for the project prior to he commencement of <br />construction. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The veterinary clinic may be operated fro 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br />p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:0 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />on Saturday and Sunday. Services provide shall focus on the <br />treatment and surgery of, primarily, dogs and cats with an <br />occasional bird, rabbit, and rodent. N reptiles or other <br />exotic non-domestic animals may be tre ted. Surgery and <br />treatment shall be conducted on an out-p tient basis during <br />regular working hours. No overnight boar ing services shall <br />be provided. Animals which die during the course of treatment <br />shall be stored temporarily in an on- ite freezer until <br />removed and disposed of by a crematory pi k-up service. <br /> <br />4. Signage for the proposed use shall conf rm to the approved <br />sign program of the Oak Hills Shoppi g Center, section <br />18.74.140 of the Municipal Code, and shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for review and approval. <br /> <br />5. In the event complaints are received by t e Planning Director <br />regarding noise, parking, traffic, or othe problems occurring <br />as a result of the operation of the veter'nary clinic at this <br />location, the Director of Planning may refer the subject <br />project back to the Planning commissi for review; the <br />Planning commission may at that time atta h new conditions as <br />necessary to eliminate/minimize the probl m or may revoke the <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />6. All building plans must comply with all c des and ordinances, <br />including the Pleasanton Fire Code (Ch pter 20.24 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code) before the Buil ing Department will <br />issue permits. <br />
