<br />PLANNiNG COMMiSSiON CiTY OF PLEA ANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALiFORNiA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OP CASE RZ-93-4, THE <br />APPLICATION OP THE CONNOLLY DEVELOPMENT C MPANY, INC. TO AMEND <br />TABLE 18.44.090 OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIP CODE TO EXPAND THE <br />LIST OF PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES i THE C-N DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Connolly Development company, nc. has applied to <br />amend Table 18.44.090 of the Pleasan on Municipal Code to <br />expand the list of permitted and co ditional uses in the <br />C-N District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public heari g of July 28, 1993, <br />the planning Commission considered 11 public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendatio s of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categori ally exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Envir nmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined t at the proposed code <br />amendments would provide additio al services to the <br />residential property owners living ear the neighborhood <br />commercial centers, and that these uses are appropriate <br />and compatible with the existing co ercial uses located <br />on these properties. <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-93- , the application of <br />the Connolly Development company, Inc. to amend Table <br />18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municip 1 Code to expand the <br />list of permitted and condition 1 uses in the C-N <br />District, as shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by referenc <br /> <br />Section 2.
