The proposed use shall conform substanti lly to the project description, written narrative and floor plan, Exhibit "A", dated "Received July 12, 1993" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the fol owing conditions. 2. If any changes in the taekwon-do st dio or additional activities beyond that proposed by the wr'tten narrative are desired, prior city review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the use permit shall e submitted to the Planning Director. Said changes may requi e a modification of the use permit or, upon determinatio of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be require. 3. If operation of this use results in conf icts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditiona use permit may be referred to the Planning commission for s bsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Comm'ssion may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate s ch impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. 4. The applicant shall maintain the area sur ounding the studio in a clean and orderly manner at all time 5.
