<br />Resolution No. PC-93-40 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Resolution No. PC-93-40 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-93-42 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall conform substanti lly to the project <br />description, written narrative and floor plan, Exhibit "A", <br />dated "Received July 12, 1993" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the fol owing conditions. <br /> <br />2. If any changes in the taekwon-do st dio or additional <br />activities beyond that proposed by the wr'tten narrative are <br />desired, prior city review and approval is required. Requests <br />for modification of the use permit shall e submitted to the <br />Planning Director. Said changes may requi e a modification of <br />the use permit or, upon determinatio of the Planning <br />Director, a new use permit may be require. <br /> <br />3. If operation of this use results in conf icts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this conditiona use permit may be <br />referred to the Planning commission for s bsequent review at <br />a public hearing. If necessary, the Comm'ssion may modify or <br />add conditions of approval to mitigate s ch impacts, or may <br />revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall maintain the area sur ounding the studio <br />in a clean and orderly manner at all time <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The business shall meet all requirement <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanto <br /> <br /> <br />of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code). <br /> <br />6. This use permit is not transferrable to nother address. A <br />new application must be made if the app icant relocates to <br />another site. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />All classes shall be scheduled with a 15 <br />each class in order to permit the exiting <br />to the arrival of the next class. <br /> <br /> <br />inute break between <br />lass to leave prior <br /> <br />8. No signage for the business is approve as part of this <br />application. Any signage shall conform to the previously- <br />approved sign program for the building and shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to <br />installation. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall obtain all Uniform Bui ding Code and other <br />applicable City permits for the use and st ucture prior to the <br />commencement of the use. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
