PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />Wayne Ramussmen, City planning consultant and former Principal Planner forPleasanton, <br />welcomed all in attendance and thanked everyone for coming. He then briefly explained the <br />purpose of the meeting and introduced key meeting participants. Daniel lacofano, town hall <br />meeting facilitator, reviewed the meeting's agenda. Mr. Rasmussen then gave a brief description of <br />the project background from star~ to present. Finally, Mike Fotheringham, the contracted designer, <br />gave a slide presentation highlighting the five Bernat Property site alternatives and the two <br />"Community Park" alternatives. This included pictures of the existing site and placement of various <br />uses according to each the plan. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. lacofano initiated the public comment period by calling on members of the audience to <br />comment on the various plan alternatives. <br /> <br />Periodically, Mr. lacofano noted that the City Council would like to hear from everyone who <br />wanted to comment and that the meeting format would be relaxed to encourage creative input <br />Mr. lacofano also informed the audience of the comment cards that were available to <br />accommodate additional written input. <br /> <br />Bernal Property Town Meeting ISummaryRepor~-April//,2005 Page <br /> <br /> <br />
