The Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton do ordain as follows: SECTION 1: That the entire incorporated area of the Town of Pleasanton is hereby declared to be and is hereby established as a fire district and said fire district shall be known and designated as Fire Zones 1, S and 3. SECTION 2: Fire Zone i shall include that portion of the incorporated area of the Town of Pleasanton designated as follows, to-wit: Beginnin~ at the intersection of the westerly line of L~ain Street with the northerly line of Division Street of the Town of Pleasanton, runnin~ thence northerly along said westerly line of ~dain Street 100 feet; thence at right angles westerly 12~ feet; thence at right angles southerly to the said northerly line of Division Street; thence easterly alon~ said northerly line of Division ~Street to the point of beginning. SECTION Z: Fire Zone ~ shall include that portion of the incorporated area of tho Town of Pleasanton described as follows, to- wit: Beginning at a point on the center line of l~dain Street where said line intersects with the northern boundary of the Town of pleasan- ton; thence westerly along said northern boundary to a point on the line parallel to and 12S feet distant from the western boundary line of said Z~dain Street; thence southerly and along lines parallel with and 12~ feet distant westerly from the western boundary line of L~ain Street to the intersection therewith of a line at right angles to and intersecting the center line of the right of way of the Central pacific Railroad Co., at a point where the center line of Main Street crosses said right of way; thence easterly alon~ said last named line to said point of intersection of said right of way and said center line of LZain Street; thence northerl~ alon~z the center line of said right of way of the Central Pacific Rai road ~'ompany to the point of intersection there- with of a line parallel to and 125 feet easterly from the easterly boundary line of Liain Street, and thence northerly along said line parallel to and 125 feet easterly from said easterly line of Main Street to a point on the intersection therewith of a line parallel to and 125 feet southerly from the southern boundary line of i~eal street; thence easterly alon~Z said line parallel to and 125 feet southerly from the southern boundary lines of Nea~/Btreet to a point on the intersection there~,vith of the western boun~ary line of the right of way of the Central Pacific 'Railroad Co., thence along the western bounchary line of said right of way to a point on the intersection therewith of a line - i -
