The proposed subdivision shall conform s bstantially to the <br />Tentative Map for Tract 6545 and related m teria1s, Exhibit A <br />(tentative map dated "Received November 20, 1992" and site <br />plan dated "Received November 13, 1992"), on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified b these conditions. <br /> <br />2. Except as otherwise modified by the entative map, all <br />conditions of approval of PUD-91-17 (Or inance 1556) shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. The developer shall obtain all applicable ity permits for the <br />project prior to the commencement of cons ruction. <br /> <br />4. The driveway apron on Lot 76 shall be mad wider in order to <br />facilitate parking spaces for three cars n this apron area. <br />The final design of this driveway apron hall be subject to <br />the review and approval by the Planning oi ector prior to the <br />issuance of building permits for this lot <br /> <br />5. The developer shall work with Mr. Augus a and the City to <br />determine an appropriate terminus locati n for the masonry <br />wall to be installed along the eastern p operty line of the <br />adjacent Augusta property. The end of thi wall shall permit <br />sufficient sight visibility at this entrance to the <br />development. <br /> <br />6. The developer shall locate all of the P. .T., cable TV, and <br />P.G.E. lines to be undergrounded on the no th side of stanley <br />Boulevard approximately 5 feet from the f ce of curb, within <br />the roadway. <br /> <br />7. The final location of the 18" sanitary sewer line to be <br />relocated from within Lot 71 to the adja ent public streets <br />shall be subject to the review and app oval of the city <br />Engineer. <br />
