<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-93 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING VESTING TENTATIVE MAP 6545, THE APPLICATION <br />OF KAUFMAN AND BROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaufman and Broad has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 17 acre parcel into 108 single-family <br />residential lots and four remainder parcels consisting of <br />roadways and park area located at 3801 stanley Boulevard; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 28, 1992, <br />the Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the required <br />tentative map findings cannot be made. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies the application of Kaufman and Broad to <br />subdivide an approximately 17 acre parcel into 108 <br />single-family residential lots and four remainder parcels <br />consisting of roadways and park area located at 3801 <br />Stanley Boulevard <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />commissioners Mahern, McGuirk, Michelotti, Wright, and <br />Chairman Hovingh <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br />
