PLANNING COMKISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-90 RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 6339 (VISTA DIABLO) WHEREAS, Silicon Valley Bank has applied for an extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6339 (Vista Diablo) for the parcel located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue (2667 Vineyard Avenue) to December 31, 1992 (expiration of Growth Management approval); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 28, 1992, the Planning commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, extensions to tentative maps are exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), therefore no environmental document was prepared for this application. (An Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared and adopted for the PUD rezoning and development plan approval for this project); and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the extension of the Vesting Tentative Map is appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the request of Silicon Valley Bank for an extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6339 (Vista Diablo) for the parcel located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue (2667 Vineyard Avenue) to December 31, 1992 (expiration of Growth Management approval), subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time. II II -
