<br />PLANNING COMKISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-90 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VESTING <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 6339 (VISTA DIABLO) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Silicon Valley Bank has applied for an extension of the <br />Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6339 (Vista Diablo) for the <br />parcel located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue (2667 <br />Vineyard Avenue) to December 31, 1992 (expiration of <br />Growth Management approval); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 28, 1992, <br />the Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, extensions to tentative maps are exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA), therefore no environmental document was prepared <br />for this application. (An Environmental Impact Report <br />was previously prepared and adopted for the PUD rezoning <br />and development plan approval for this project); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the extension of <br />the Vesting Tentative Map is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the request of Silicon Valley Bank for an <br />extension of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6339 (Vista <br />Diablo) for the parcel located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue (2667 Vineyard Avenue) to December 31, <br />1992 (expiration of Growth Management approval), subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
