The proposed use shall conform sUbstantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, written narrative, and related materials, <br />Exhibit B (dated "Received September 30,1992"), on file with <br />the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public <br />hearing. If necessary, the commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke <br />said use permit. <br /> <br />3. If additional activities beyond that proposed in the written <br />narrative, dated "Received September 30, 1992" on file with <br />the Planning Department are desired, prior city review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the <br />Planning commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />4. The hours of operation of the massage studio shall be limited <br />to 8:30am to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday, and 9:00am to <br />6:00pm on Saturdays. The last massage appointment shall be <br />completed by 9:00pm. <br /> <br />5. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program. <br /> <br />6. Prior to operation of the massage studio, the applicants shall <br />obtain all necessary approvals by the Pleasanton Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />7.
