PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-85 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF PLEASANTON ROTARY NORTH FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-08 WHEREAS, Pleasanton Rotary North has applied for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval to construct 7 attached residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site located at the southeast corner of Palomino Drive and Concord street; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 14, 1992, the Planning commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-92-08; and WHEREAS, the planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial study dated August 28, 1992, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Pleasanton Rotary North for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval to construct 7 attached residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site located at the southeast corner of palomino Drive and Concord Street. .. -
