<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF PLEASANTON ROTARY NORTH FOR REZONING <br />AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Rotary North has applied for planned unit <br />development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br />to construct 7 attached residential units on an <br />approximately 0.56 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of Palomino Drive and Concord street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 14, 1992, the Planning <br />commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-92-08; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated August 28, 1992, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Pleasanton Rotary North <br />for planned unit development (PUD) rezoning and <br />development plan approval to construct 7 attached <br />residential units on an approximately 0.56 acre site <br />located at the southeast corner of palomino Drive and <br />Concord Street. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />- <br />
