The landscape architect shall certify in writing <br />that the landscaping has been installed in accordance with the <br />approved landscape plans with respect to size, number, and <br />species of plants and overall design concept. <br /> <br />21. This PUD shall be sUbject to the uses and site development <br />standards contained within the North sycamore rezoning action, <br />RZ-92-3. <br /> <br />22. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property <br />may be subject. <br /> <br />23. The developer shall prepare development standards for decks, <br />patio covers, pools, and other accessory structures for review <br />and approval by the Planning Director prior to approval of a <br />final map. Said standards shall limit such structures in such <br />a way as to ensure adequate open space in rear/side yards <br />while allowing reasonable use of accessory structures. The <br />PUD-MDR lots shall be generally based on the R-I-I0, 000 <br />standards and the PUD-A lot shall be generally based on the A <br />standard. <br /> <br />The applicant shall <br />easements over the <br />(future) parcels. <br /> <br />25.
