The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the city. <br /> <br />44. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code. <br /> <br />45. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection and the Fire Department <br />emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the <br />site. <br /> <br />46. Approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants <br />shall be withheld pending final review and approval by the <br />Fire Marshal and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />47. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, <br />including all surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply <br />capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be <br />installed and serviceable prior to and during the time of <br />construction. When alternate methods of protection are <br />provided, as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may <br />be waived or modified. <br /> <br />48. <br /> <br />The project shall meet all requirements <br />Security Code and the developer shall <br />specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />49. The developer shall install street frontage improvements per <br />ordinance and to the satisfaction of the city Engineer, except <br />as modified by these conditions.
