<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEABANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-83 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE Z-92-140, THE <br />APPLICATION OF KLEAN KAR CARWASH/ABLE SIGNS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Klean Kar Carwash/Able Signs has applied for design <br />review approval for a comprehensive sign program for the <br />Klean Kar carwash facility located at 4005 pimlico Drive; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 23, <br />1992, the Planning commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />comprehensive sign program is consistent with the other <br />signage of the businesses in the immediate area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case Z-92-140, the application <br />of Klean Kar Carwash/Able Signs for design review <br />approval for a comprehensive sign program for the Klean <br />Kar carwash facility located at 4005 pimlico Drive, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />commissioners Mahern, McGuirk, Michelotti, Wright, and <br />Chairman Hovingh <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />
