PLANNXNG COMMXSSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALXFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-74 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH E. MADDEN FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-6 WHEREAS, Joseph E. Madden has applied for planned unit development development plan approval to construct a commercial service development consisting of a four-building plan totalling 47,500 sq. ft. or a five-building plan totalling 52,500 sq. ft. located on stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and California Avenue; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of Commission received Case PUD-92-6; and August 26, 1992, the planning a proposed negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received Initial study dated June 25, 1992, recommendations of the staff; and and reviewed the and received the WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Joseph E. Madden for planned unit development development plan approval to construct a commercial service development consisting of a four-building plan totalling 47,500 sq. ft. or a five- building plan totalling 52,500 sq. ft. located on stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and California Avenue. section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
