<br />PLANNING COHHIBBION CITY OF PLEABANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-92-03, THE <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the 135- <br />acre North Sycamore site located generally north of <br />Sycamore Road, east of Sunol Boulevard and south of <br />Mission Park and Ventana Hills neighborhoods, according <br />to the adopted specific Plan for the area to the <br />following zoning designations: Planned unit Development <br />- Agricultural (PUD-A), PUD-Low Density Residential (PUD- <br />LDR), PUD-Medium Density Residential (PUD-MDR), and PUD- <br />Office (PUD-O); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of August 12, 1992, <br />the Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission finds that the proposed PUD pre- <br />zoning districts are consistent with the goals and <br />policies of the General Plan and the adopted North <br />Sycamore Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-92-3, the application of <br />the City of Pleasanton to prezone the 135-acre North <br />Sycamore site located generally north of Sycamore Road, <br />east of Sunol Boulevard and south of Mission Park and <br />Ventana Hills neighborhoods, according to the adopted <br />specific Plan for the area to the following zoning <br />designations: Planned Unit Development - Agricultural <br />(PUD-A), PUD-Low Density Residential (PUD-LDR), PUD- <br />Medium Density Residential (PUD-MDR), and PUD-Office <br />(PUD-O). <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br />
