<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE AP-92-12, THE APPEAL OF CASE <br />Z-92-156, THE APPLICATION OF OIL CHANGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, oil Changer has applied for design review approval to <br />modify the comprehensive sign program for Rose Pavilion <br />III to allow three wall-mounted signs that do not comply <br />with the approved colors for a freestanding building <br />located at 4210 Rosewood Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 28, 1992, the Design Review Board <br />denied the application to modify the comprehensive sign <br />program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Municipal Code, the <br />applicant submitted an appeal of the decision of the <br />Design Review Board to the city of Pleasanton Planning <br />Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 12, 1992, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />signs are appropriate for the Rose Pavilion III and for <br />the freestanding building to be occupied by oil Changer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case AP-92-12, the appeal of the denial of the <br />Design Review Board of Case Z-92-156, the application of <br />oil Changer for design review approval to modify the <br />comprehensive sign program for Rose Pavilion III to allow <br />three wall-mounted signs that do not comply with the <br />approved colors for a freestanding building located at <br />4210 Rosewood Drive, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />- <br />
