In the event that any archeological materials are discovered <br />during grading or any other construction phases of the <br />project, the city shall be notified immediately and all work <br />shall be halted within 100 feet of the discovery until a <br />qualified archaeologist has been retained to inspect the <br />find and to determine its areal extent.
