<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Reso1ution No. PC-92-60 <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Case UP-92-28 <br /> <br />1) The existing use shall conform substantially to the floor plan <br />(dated July 1, 1992) and narrative (dated "Received June 8, <br />1992"), Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2) The use shall be conducted entirely wi thin the building at all <br />times. All doors to the tenant space shall be closed during <br />class times. <br /> <br />3) The number of students at anyone time at the Center may not <br />exceed 18 as per the applicant's narrative. If additional <br />activities (e.g. days and/or hours of operation, number of <br />students, etc.) beyond that initially proposed by the <br />applicant are desired, prior city review and approval is <br />required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director, who may approve the modification or refer <br />the matter to the Planning commission if judged to be <br />substantial. <br /> <br />4) If the operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, this matter can <br />be submitted to the Planning commission for their subsequent <br />review at a public hearing, at the discretion of the Planning <br />Director. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke <br />the said use permit. <br /> <br />5) No signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program <br />for the building or shall require design review approval. <br /> <br />6) All other applicable City permits shall be obtained by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
